Please note that if you are a retained client, any SMS correspondence with our office may be subject to fees, including time spent by our paralegals or legal staff. If you engage with a paralegal via SMS, you may be billed for the time spent on your matter, consistent with our standard billing practices.

Messaging Frequency
By subscribing to our SMS service, you agree to receive text messages at the frequency specified at the time of registration. The number of messages you will receive may vary depending on the service. Generally, you can expect to receive 6 messages per month. You can opt-out or modify your preferences at any time by following the instructions provided in the messages or by contacting us at info@modestofamilylaw.com.
Data Rates and Message Fees
By opting to receive SMS communications, you acknowledge and agree that standard message and data rates may apply as determined by your mobile carrier. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and may vary based on your mobile plan and carrier. We do not control or take responsibility for these charges.
