Bio

Known for her direct and open communication with her clients, Lindsey A. Bannerman has established a strong reputation in the Stanislaus and San Joaquin legal communities.  A graduate of the University of Wyoming College of Law, and University of Wyoming with a B.S. in Communications and Social Science, Lindsey loves assisting people in legal matters and walking them through the process.  She understands that turning to the law for help is often an intimidating and overwhelming process.

Lindsey is fortunate that her clients are almost entirely referral based.  More likely than not, you know someone who has used her services or had a friend or family member who did.

Lindsey is approachable and knowledgeable having become a Certified Family Law Specialist, as certified by the State Bar of California, Board of Legal Specialization in 2011.  She is active in the legal community as a member of the Stanislaus County Bar Association, Stanislaus County Bar Association – Family Law Section, Association of Certified Family Law Specialists, California State Bar, and California State Bar Association Family Law Section.  She regularly accepts appointment from the court to assist active duty military members.

She is a wife, a mother, a part of a blended family and the proud owner of two German Shorthair Pointers.

Her perfect chocolate chip cookie is a browned butter, soft on the inside crisp on the outside, semi-sweet cookie.  She contends that nuts should never be in cookies, ever.
